"When you are a little girl you spend a lot of time looking in the mirror. Comparing yourself to your mom, your grandma, your aunts, and your sister. You notice things like your nose being crooked, one eye drooping, one eyelash higher, one ear down and try as you may you can never get your glasses to set straight because of all this. You also notice all those people, especially your sister getting compliments, and you notice when you receive none. People don't have to tell you that you are ugly to make you feel ugly. Sometimes it is what isn't done and what is not said that brings a person down. After a while you find yourself so far down in that trench you can't dig yourself out. Then comes along someone like Julie that extends a hand and pulls you out of that trench. She tells you that you are wonder woman and you build your confidence up. Pretty soon you have what it takes to start being the real you and you take the first step by yourself. And when she cheers you on, you start to walk faster and finally you break out into a run. "Wow! What can I even say about Julie and what she’s done to help me! I had a cosmetic line business and would go live to do makeup tutorials.
